1. Use of Our Services

AmplifyCreations LLC provides digital marketing and consulting services including but not limited to:
- Social Media Management
- Branding & Design
- Content Creation
- Local SEO & Web Development
- Paid Ads & Promotions
The scope of services will be defined per client via contract or subscription agreement.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
- All payments are to be made through our approved payment platforms (e.g., Stripe).
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
- Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content created by AmplifyCreations LLC remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Clients may not reuse or reproduce materials we produce without explicit permission or ownership transfer via contract.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Referral & Partner Program
- All referrals and commissions are subject to company approval and contract terms.
- Partners may not accept direct payments or misrepresent AmplifyCreations LLC.
- Any violations may result in immediate termination from the partner program and loss of commissions.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with AmplifyCreations LLC
- Attempt to breach our systems or compromise data security
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our services
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in California.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
